We are suppliers of all grades and types of foam including; polyurethane’s, polyethylene’s, visco “memory foams” and peeled rolls down to 3mm thickness. Since our company was formed we have built up a reputation for quality, service and also providing competitive prices.

Our factory which is situated in Wolverhampton covers over 9000 sq/ft and hosts four full size band knives and four fully fitted spray booths with full extraction for our lamination operatives. Our staff comprises of six full time experienced cutters, four laminators who assemble our foam squabs and seats and two drivers who are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all our goods using our small fleet of vehicles. We also employ an office manager, a part time accounts person and two administrators.

We have a wide ranging customer base which covers all areas of the industry, ranging from small upholstery companies through to large automotive seating manufacturers.

We specialise in automotive seat squab fabrication and also supply large amounts of cut and shaped seat pads to office, school and banqueting seat manufacturers across the West Midlands and beyond.
